Professional Experience

Since 1995, Mr. DiPasqua has been practicing law particularly in the areas of Estate Administration and Estate Planning while also assisting clients in other areas of the law such as Personal Injury and Civil Litigation. Prior to joining Gillian & Associates, Mr. DiPasqua worked with his father, Angelo DiPasqua, Esquire, who specialized in Estate Administration and Estate Planning for over fifty (50) years. For over fifteen (15) years, Mr. DiPasqua been involved with the Township of Newtown Zoning Hearing Board (in various capacities) with his current position as Zoning Hearing Board Solicitor. Furthermore, Mr. DiPasqua has enjoyed a lengthy stint as Trial Division Leader of the Juvenile Court Defender’s Office and has extensive trial experience.

Mr. DiPasqua enjoys time with his family wherein he has been married for over twenty-five years to his wife, Alyson and they are blessed with three (3) sons. During his respective sons’ teenage years, Mr. DiPasqua coached his boys primarily as head coach in the Marple Newtown Basketball Association and was an assistant coach when his sons played Newtown-Edgmont Little League. Currently, Mr. DiPasqua is preparing to become a Catholic Deacon and enjoys Bible Study.
